2014 Lexus IS 250C is a convertible version of the IS 250, offer a power-folding hardtop coupe and unique styling. 

Although the IS250 sedan received extensive redesign for 2014, 250C remained essentially unchanged from last years model. Lexus has not said if they plan to continue to make the convertible model after this year. 

Although sharing some of the names, there are some major differences between the two vehicles. IS 250C seats four, not five, and has two doors. Even with the top up, it is easy to distinguish them; due to the lack of rear doors, the profile completely changed with a shortened roof that drops down sharply after passing through the front window. With the top up, the 250C looks more unique than lean; Simple frankly, we prefer the styling with the top down where it looks more natural proportions.

Under the hood, you will find the same 204-hp, 2.5-liter V-6 that makes 185 pounds-feet of torque and is mated to a six-speed automatic. IS 250C has an estimated EPA fuel economy ratings slightly lower than the sedan, thanks to the additional load from the top drop, 21/30 mpg city / highway. 

Inside, it offers plenty of comfort 250C standard features including dual-zone climate control automatic, USB connectivity / iPod, push button start, Bluetooth, and leather upholstery. Options include a navigation system that accepts voice commands, Lexus Enform telematics systems, and Mark Levinson 14-speaker sound system. IS 250C seat up to four passengers, but there is not much space in the back. 

When it comes to safety, this 250C has you covered with Lexus Safety Connect service, which will automatically notify authorities after an accident, as standard equipment. Also standard all-disc brakes anti-lock, electronic stability system, and six airbags, including driver and passenger knee airbags.
